Syria: ISIS has fallen, but the flood waters have risen (Videos)

The Syrian refugee crisis started 8 years ago. What began as pro-democracy protests in March 2011 quickly evolved into a full-scale civil war. Syrians say it’s proxy war between Iran and Saudi Arabia, and they are just caught in the middle. Today, there’s still no end in sight.  Even with the fall of ISIS, now the refugees are dealing with a new dilemma, flash floods. From an unusually wet beginning to spring, the region has been plagued with floods.  Below are some videos taken by locals so you can see the conditions.
