French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Laudrian said Tehran’s decision to further reduce its commitments in the framework of the brokerage is reversible, and that its country will continue talks with Iran to restore full compliance with its nuclear deal.
“The measures they [Iran] take are negative, but not definitive,” Loudrian said in an interview with France-based Radio Europe on Sunday. “They can come back, and the dialogue is always open.”
The French foreign minister also said that Iran was still several months away from making a nuclear bomb.
The speech comes a day after details of a third step in reducing Iran’s nuclear commitments were announced by a spokesman for the IAEA.
