On the evening of March 19, 2021, the Hong Kong government announced a sudden lockdown of a residential building in Lohas Park, Tseung Kwan O. The affected building was Block No. 9 of the private housing estate.
The video captures the large number of police deployed to surround the building. All residents were ordered to undergo the Covid19 test.
