The U.S. Department of Justice is seeking the help of the public in capturing Hezbollah-linked terrorists in Lebanon who carried out the abduction and murder of U.S. citizens between 1982-1992.
Among those killed were 3 Americans who were tortured during their interrogation.
Now the US is interested in prosecuting them.
