KABUL – Foreign Minister Mohammad Hanif Atmar had a farewell meeting with Gabriel Firan Karin, Ambassador of the Royal Government of Spain to Kabul, after lunch today.
The Foreign Minister thanked the Government of the Spanish Government for its cooperation with the Government and people of Afghanistan in various fields, including security and reconstruction, over the past two decades, and thanked Mr. Karin for her effective efforts to maintain and strengthen Kabul-Madrid relations during her mission in Afghanistan is good.
Appreciating the Foreign Ministry’s cooperation with the Spanish Embassy during its mission in Kabul, Mr. Karin reassured the Secretary of State that his country would continue to cooperate with Afghanistan, preserving the achievements of the past two decades in Afghanistan.
