Minister Bennett: “The promiscuous conduct of Hamas leaders is bringing us deadly action against them. We will not announce when, no one will be immune.”
Defense Minister Naftali Bennett held a status assessment in the Gaza Division this morning, attended by the Southern Command commander, Maj. Gen. Ratzi Halevi, Deputy Chief of Staff, Maj. Gen. Eyal Zamir, Gaza Division Commander, Brigadier General Eliezer Toledano, and MPs GSS and the NSC.
- Following the Minister’s remarks at the end of the assessment: *
“I have just finished assessing the situation in the Gaza division. The State of Israel does not want to fight with Hamas in Gaza, but we have a commitment to the security of southern residents.
* The promiscuous conduct of Hamas leaders is bringing us deadly action against them. *
* We will not announce when or where.
The action will be very different from its predecessors, * no one will be immune. *
Hamas faces the choice: to choose life and economic prosperity, or to choose terror and pay an unbearable price.
Their actions will decay and their deeds will be emptied. “
