A medical source confirmed to the organization that three children and a woman were seriously injured as a result of the artillery shelling that targeted the camp in the Abdala area.
Mayyun condemns this unjustified crime that affected one of the most vulnerable groups in Yemen and led to the deaths of victims, most of whom were children who fled their areas to be chased by missiles to the displacement camp.
The organization reminds the parties to the conflict that the attack on civilians is a violation of international humanitarian law, and the attack on a specific group of society amounts to a crime against humanity according to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
