A Sniper whose name was among the 700 namelist to be evacuated, was executed by the Taliban last night.

The Afghan Sniper has worked alongside British special forces in an elite unit that was mentored by UK troops and went on to fight on the front line. The sniper, a sergeant, 28 years old, was married with three children.
