First Hong Kong citizen died of Wuhan pneumonia in Wuhan, China

A 77-year-old Hong Kong citizen who lived in Wuhan, China died of Wuhan pneumonia. The news was sent from the Chinese government to the Hong Kong’s Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau in the evening of February 23.

According to the Hong Kong SAR Government, they have received over 1,400 requests for assistance involving 2,700 Hong Kong citizens in 37 cities of Hubei Province in China.

Unlike the measures undertaken by other places, the Hong Kong government did not provide any evacuation plan for Hong Kong citizens to leave China. There have been news about the lack of medical supply and daily medication. At least three pregnant Hong Kong citizens who will due in 2 months are currently in Wuhan, China.
